Infrared saunas come in all shapes in sizes, with varying degrees of amenities. How do you choose between cedar construction and hemlock? Or perhaps a capacity for two people vs. eight?
Let’s review some of the top infrared saunas on the market – we’ll break it down so you can know when you’ve found the right fit for your home and family.
Best Infrared Saunas of 2024
JNH Lifestyles ENSI Collection 1 Person Infrared Sauna
If you’re looking for a one-person infrared sauna, this is easily the top dog on the market. It combines all the key features into a single comfortable package, one that’s constructed to give users years of comfort without having to worry about expensive maintenance. It’s built to energy efficient standards, too, helping you to keep down your energy bills even as you enjoy the sauna. In short, this is the gold standard for this type of product – and taking a brief look at the included features should clue most consumers into exactly why this sauna is a standout product.
Above all else, this is a comfortable sauna. It has great features like premium speakers and an auxiliary jack for those who want to listen to music, but the most comfortable addition is easily the digital control module that allows users to get the temperature of the sauna just right. There are a host of other features that make this sauna stand out, including easy assembly and a narrow profile that makes it easier to fit into confined spaces. All in all, this is the kind of sauna that really demonstrates exactly what you can get in an infrared model.
If you’re looking for problems with this sauna, you’re honestly not going to find many. It possibly could have a few more creature comforts included (Bluetooth would be nice), but this really is the whole package. If you’re in the market for the best infrared sauna, this is absolutely where you need to start.
Dynamic Saunas “Venice I”
Buying an infrared sauna for yourself can be great. It’s even better, though, if there’s room enough inside for you to share. The Venice I from Dynamic Saunas is a good take on the two-person build, packing in just enough space to share without creating an obscenely large profile. It still has most of the bells and whistles that you’d expect from a high-end product, just built up to a scale that allows either plenty of room for one person to relax or just enough room for two people to really enjoy the heat of the sauna.
Being large enough for two people isn’t the only selling point here, though. This is an incredibly environmentally-friendly sauna that makes use of low-power infrared heating and reclaimed woods, but that is also still able to retain heat incredibly well. It has a pair of touch-sensitive panels to allow users a chance to perfectly control their infrared sauna experience, even to the point that they can interact with mp3 players via the system. You don’t even have to have special wiring in your home in order to get this sauna working, allowing users to have access to one of the better ‘plug-and-play’ style infrared saunas on the market.
This sauna is definitely a bit better suited to a single person than it is to operating at maximum capacity. The sauna is a bit snug if you have two people inside, though no more so than many similar infrared saunas. It’d be nice to see a few more functions on the control panel as well, but all in all, this is a great infrared sauna.
Radiant Saunas 2 Person Hemlock Deluxe Infrared Sauna
Many people use infrared saunas as a way to relax. The simple process of allowing heat to infiltrate your muscles and drive away your stress can be wonderful, but that’s not all that these infrared saunas can do. It’s become a bit more common for many of this type of infrared sauna to make use of chromatherapy lighting, a type of lighting that’s alleged to help fight off stress and anxiety. While it’s harder to tell if this works for everyone, the addition of the feature to the Radiant Saunas 2 Person Hemlock Deluxe infrared sauna is definitely a selling point.
This sauna has a fair number of features that are really made to allow a greater degree of relaxation. The chromatherapy lighting is the most obvious, but the inclusion of the oxygen ionizer really does help to make the entire experience feel a bit more refreshing. The sauna also has a great sound system that includes not only an auxiliary input but also a radio, allowing users to do everything from listening to their favorite songs to listening to the big game while still inside of the sauna.
The only thing that’s really substandard here is the control panel. It’s not bad, per se, but it does feel a little bit outdated for a high-end product. It’s still nicer than having to use knobs and buttons, but there are nicer control panels out there in alternatives that cost less. If you can overlook that issue, though, you’ll have a great time with this sauna.
JNH Lifestyles 2 Person
A solid two-person sauna really only needs to do a few things well. The most obvious, of course, is providing consistent heat at levels high enough to let everyone relax. It also needs to provide a nice atmosphere, whether through lighting, air supply, or just through musical controls. It should also be strong enough to last, as this is the kind of purchase that should stick around for many years. Fortunately, the JNH Lifestyles 2 Person infrared sauna manages to do all this and a bit more, creating one of the best experiences on the market today.
This sauna is unique because of how easy it is to move around. It boasts a tool-free design, allowing owners to quickly assemble the unit, and potentially even put it away as necessary. It’s also an incredibly user-friendly infrared sauna. From safety glass to energy-efficient lighting, it’s made to make sure that the sauna will both last and keep the ongoing costs down for the owner. Adding in a nice touchscreen interface is really just icing on the cake for this infrared model.
There aren’t any major downsides here. There are some small but common issues with shipping, for example, but not every owner’s going to experience these problems. As it is, the biggest problem for most users is simply the fact that the buckle design doesn’t feel quite as sturdy as some might hope for a good infrared sauna.
JNH Lifestyles Joyous Infrared Sauna
JNH Lifestyles is a fairly well-known name in the world of infrared heaters. Fortunately, it’s also a name that has a good deal of respectability attached, mostly due to its fantastic infrared sauna line. This 3-person model is one of the larger infrared saunas that you’re likely to see on the market today, and it’s definitely one that lives up to the expectations of most buyers. It’s really just the two-person sauna made larger, but in that change, there’s definitely a bit of improvement. If you’re only going to look at one sauna from JNH Lifestyles, this is the one.
The best part of this sauna is absolutely the space. Yes, it has great heating elements and it’s made of great materials, but most users are really going to love the extra room. While it has enough space for three people, it’s even better when you use it on your own. Fortunately, that extra space really is accompanied by great heat and a fantastic overall sense of design.
There are always downsides, and this infrared sauna is no exception. It feels like this really is just a two-person model made larger, so there’s no extra speakers or upgraded controls. That’s not bad, as the base components are actually very nice – but it is something to consider.
Dynamic Saunas Maxxus ‘Reims’
As infrared saunas get larger, you start to look at more than just how well they’ll provide heat. This is the type of infrared sauna that will allow you to have friends or family members over to join, so you want a sauna that looks and feels nice in addition to working well. That’s why the Reims model from Dynamic Saunas really feels like a winner – it is a sauna that looks as good as it works. By combining a number of industry-standard features with a handful of excellent design choices, consumers are left with a sauna that looks impressive and really does feel comfortable when you’ve got more than one person with you.
This is a very nice sauna, if only from an aesthetic standpoint. It has more than looks, thankfully.
This is a sauna with great infrared heating and fantastic underlying construction. Perhaps most importantly, though, it’s a sauna that really does feel like there’s room for three people instead of just being an over-sized two-person sauna. It’s one of the better three-person infrared saunas out there, if not the best there is.
The downside here is absolutely the fact that you’ll need a certified electrician to help with installation. This is, sadly, really just a fact of life with most larger infrared saunas – they’re not going to feed off of a standard outlet. If you can deal with the extra costs of installation, though, you’ll certainly love the experience that you get here.
Radiant Saunas 4 Person Hemlock Infrared Sauna
Radiant Saunas is a great company. It makes very solid infrared saunas, the kind that you can depend upon to work for years after your initial purchase. If you’re already familiar with the 2 person Hemlock, you know that one of it’s biggest problems is that it doesn’t feel like it has quite enough room. That’s perhaps why it is so nice that Radiant Infrared saunas also makes a four-person model, which does feel a great deal more spacious than its smaller cousin. If you’re looking for a great sauna that will fit more than one person, this is definitely your model.
In addition to being spacious, it’s really impressive that this sauna is so easy to set up. It has the same kind of buckle construction as the two-person model, which means that taking it down and setting it back up as necessary is simple. Of course, this sauna actually looks quite nice so you won’t be hiding it away – it’s a huge aesthetic upgrade from the smaller version. It still has a great speaker system and a fantastic control panel, with the dual-panel approach working even better in the larger sauna than the smaller.
The downside here is still size. Because of how the benches are set up, you’ll want to be very friendly with anyone sitting next to you in this infrared unit. This is a fantastic sauna for two, but four really is a stretch. If you don’t mind close quarters, though, you won’t find anything to complain about in this infrared product. This really is an outstanding piece of work that will impress most users and that will stand up to the test of time.
Heatwave Sante Fe
It often feels like there’s a checklist that you need to go down as you search for a good infrared sauna. First and foremost, the product needs to have infrared heating elements that will actually get the sauna hot enough to use. Past that, you’re looking for size – how many people will it hold, and will it do so well? Finally, you’ll want the type of construction that’s not going to have you replacing the sauna after a year or two. If you’re looking for a three-person sauna that brings the heat and won’t break down quickly, the Santa Fe from Heatwave has you covered.
There’s more to this sauna than just infrared heat and utility, though. It actually has a few little features that really seem like they should be more common among infrared saunas of this caliber. While it has the requisite sound system, it also has little extras like magazine racks. This isn’t exactly the kind of feature that will make or break a sauna, but it’s a nice touch that shows you how dedicated the company is to comfort. It also has a lovely color therapy bulb, a sauna that’s not quite standard yet these days but that is an increasingly requested feature.
The downside here really is in the space in the infrared sauna. It’s advertised as a three-person sauna, but it’s really more of a two-and-a-half person sauna. That’s par for the course for infrared saunas, but don’t go into the buying process expecting space. If you only need room for two, though, this sauna is great.
Empava Sauna Room Infrared Sauna
Infrared saunas ride a fine line between being complex and simple. On one hand, you want all the great features that such a device can bring to your home. On the other hand, you want a sauna that’s so simple to use that you’ll never have to troubleshoot problems. While many infrared saunas might have a problem with toeing that line, the Empava Sauna Room does so quite well.
It’s hard to overstate how well this sauna does when actually in action. It only takes it about fifteen minutes to get up to the recommended temperature, which is practically instantaneous compared to some other infrared saunas on the market today. It’s also one of the rare infrared saunas that have finally upgraded to Bluetooth speakers – no more plugging your phone into the auxiliary jack just to hear your music! This sauna combines friendly features with fantastic construction – it only takes about thirty minutes to set up, and you won’t have to put much more work into it after you’re done. It’s simple in the best ways, providing you with exactly the sauna experience that you deserve.
As anyone who has ever gone camping will tell you, a product that claims to be for one to two people is really just for one person. This holds true for this sauna, which really does feel too small for a second person. That doesn’t get rid of all the positive selling points, but it is an issue with the sauna that should know before you buy.
SereneLife Portable
What makes a sauna a sauna? Is it the seats, the construction, or is it just the heat. If you think that the most important part of the experience is building up a good sweat, you might prefer a sauna that is a bit more stripped down than what’s commonly sold. If you really want a minimalist sauna, there’s good news – you can get that product in a very portable form. SereneLife’s Portable is a truly easy-to-use portable sauna, one that takes the common experience and boils it down to its basics.
SereneLife’s sauna really is portable. This can be packed up and put in the back seat of a car with ease and assembled in just a few minutes. By leaving out almost everything extraneous to the experience, it creates a much cheaper and more efficient type of sauna. Instead of the bells and whistles, you get portable heat – that’s great for those who are on the road frequently but still want to use their infrared saunas for relaxation. This is as stripped down as you get, which makes it far easier for those who are looking for a minimalistic experience.
It’s really hard to call this sauna a true sauna, though. It definitely does some of the things a sauna does, of course, but it’s not quite the same infrared heating experience. If you’re looking for infrared heat that will make you sweat, you’ll find it here. Just don’t expect a comparable experience to a traditional sauna.
Dynamic Saunas Barcelona Infrared Sauna
If you’re looking for a good sauna, you probably want heat. It’s the most important part of the experience, after all, and better heat often feels like it makes a better sauna. By focusing on infrared heating above all else, Dynamic Saunas has made a hit with the Barcelona. It’s a great sauna that not only provides users with the perfect amount of heat but does so in a unique and efficient manner. It’s a perfect fit for those who want to build up a sweat.
In many ways, this is an ideal sauna for those who just want infrared heat. It boasts larger infrared heaters that are rated to penetrate the skin better than most, making for an experience that’s a bit more relaxing than normal. This is made even more apparent by the infrared foot heaters, which aren’t standard in the industry but that will feel like they should be after using this sauna. The overall construction of the sauna is nice and light, just sturdy enough that you won’t worry about it but still light enough that you’ll be able to move all the pieces of the infrared sauna on your own.
There are a few little flaws with this sauna, but nothing major. The infrared sauna is not quite as easy to put together as some might like, and it’s can be a real challenge if you aren’t all that handy. It’s also a tight squeeze for two adults, though it’s a great experience for a single person. All in all, though, the negatives don’t come anywhere close to outweighing the positives.
JNH Lifestyles Freedom
JNH Lifestyles tends to make a very good infrared sauna. A sauna that is the combination of great aesthetics and good tech just works, especially when combined with a user-friendly interface and a lot of extra comfort features. All of the company’s infrared saunas are great, and the Freedom is certainly no exception. There are not a lot of new features in the sauna for those who are already familiar with the company, but there’s a sense that it’s put bits and pieces of its best designs all into this sauna. It’s really a great piece of work.
One of the most impressive things that the Freedom manages to do is to cram a lot of infrared heaters into a small space without making the aesthetics of the sauna suffer. Yes, there are heaters on basically every available surface – but somehow, that doesn’t stop this sauna from looking great. It’s also got a great control scheme with fantastic speakers, though it’d be nice to see a sauna that is a bit more modern in terms of sound. Even with that said, the control panel works well and is easy to reach, making it easy to adjust the sauna even in the middle of the experience.
The flaws here are fewer flaws and more nitpicks. Yes, Bluetooth would be nice. And a little more space in the infrared sauna would really make this a more effective multi-person sauna. Even with that said, this is still one of best infrared saunas you’ll find on the market and definitely an infrared unit that’s worth a look.
Idealsauna Portable
One of the worst parts about a sauna is that you can only use it in one place. Having a dedicated space to relax isn’t bad, but there are times when you just want to watch a bit of television while having a quick bit of infrared heat. While you can’t get this with a traditional infrared sauna, you can get the portability of your dreams with a portable sauna. These smaller, pared-down infrared saunas are great for those who are looking for heat without having to sacrifice mobility.
The good thing about portables is that they work quickly. This sauna only takes about five minutes to get to maximum heat, which is significantly faster than a true sauna. It’s also got little extras like a foot warmer, making this easily one of the most comfortable portables on the market. While you’re going to sit in this sauna in a simple folding chair, the amount of heat it puts off is more than enough to make you forget about any potential discomfort. It’s a nice extra to have if you are on the road a great deal or if you just want extra heat while you are on vacation?
The only real flaws here are apparent if you are comparing this sauna to a more traditional built-in sauna. Does it have all of the same bells and whistles? Of course not – this is as basic as you’ll get. If you just want a sauna that will go with you on the road, though, you’ll like what you get here.
JNH Lifestyles ENSI Collection 4 Person
JNH Lifestyles makes dependably excellent infrared saunas at multiple sizes. As the infrared saunas get bigger, though, you start to see exactly how much effort goes into each design. Spreading things out brings a higher infrared heating element count, more space, and a slightly better look. What you’re really getting with the ENSI Collection 4 Person Sauna is a luxurious infrared sauna, one that’s going to serve you well if you want to spread out or even if you want to invite guests to experience the sauna.
Like most of JNH Lifestyles’ infrared saunas, you’re getting a great mix of aesthetics and function with this sauna. It’s a very good looking sauna to be sure, with infrared heating elements placed on virtually every surface of the infrared sauna. This infrared unit is not that hard to assemble, either, making it one of the easier infrared saunas to get running from delivery. It has a great control panel that makes things easy for users, while the sound system is good enough that you’ll be able to enjoy music every time you get into the sauna.
The only major problems that this infrared sauna runs into is size. It’s a good size to be sure, but like most infrared saunas it’s a tight fit if you’re trying to get to maximum capacity. It very easily seats three, but fitting that fourth person will make things a little too cozy for most. If you’re not filling the sauna to capacity regularly, though, it’s very near perfect.
Radiant Sauna Rejuvinator
Infrared and portability don’t always go together. That’s why it’s nice to see an infrared unit from Radiant Sauna that does take some of its best tech on the road, even if it’s not in the manner that you’d expect. This company has made a fantastic infrared sauna that’s portable and looks a bit nicer than its average counterpart, even though you won’t get quite the same impact from this unit as you’d get from others.
While the infrared heat might feel the same as you’d get from most saunas, that’s where most of the comparisons fall apart. This is a simple shell, one that allows you to get heat from infrared elements even if you aren’t at home. Easy to put away and set back up as you travel, this is good for those who need some infrared heat even if they can’t be near their home unit. This model is particularly comfortable compared to most, largely thanks to the pedigree of the manufacturer.
The big problem with this infrared unit is that isn’t quite as luxurious as a real infrared model. You get the heat, but not space. That’s what you generally get with an infrared portable, though, and you shouldn’t judge what it doesn’t have against this unit. As it stands, it’s one of the greatest portables out there.
Radiant Saunas 1-2 Person Hemlock
Sometimes the most important thing you can get out of a sauna is utility. While all the extra bells and whistles are very nice, the truth is that you don’t absolutely need all of the extras when you can get a good sweat on in your infrared sauna. If you can start from a place of utility, you’ll end up with a much better infrared sauna. That’s why this Radiant Infrared saunas product really works – it starts by just being very useful.
This sauna doesn’t just look nice – it works very well. Like the highest quality infrared saunas, this unit reaches its target heat in a reasonable amount of time and it is constructed to stay at that heat for quite a long time. It doesn’t require much maintenance and has relatively few reported problems, with most of those easily handled by a quick call to customer service. It also works on 120v power, so you won’t have to hire an electrician just to get this sauna working in your home. Consider it a solid, functional sauna that manages to live up to its own advertisement.
The downside here is that the sauna is a bit cramped. It really is a one-person sauna and a fairly small infrared sauna at that. It’s definitely not going to fit even two very small people, so don’t buy the sauna expecting that. For a single person, though, it will get the job done.
Dynamic Saunas Vienna
Having extra space is great, especially in an infrared sauna. Most infrared saunas are advertised to fit more than is comfortable, making for some awkward experiences in an infrared sauna. This sauna from Dynamic Saunas, though, doesn’t push for more than necessary. This infrared sauna relies on a great design to allow for more heat and a better experience, with enough space for everyone inside. It’s an ideal infrared sauna for those who just want to get some heat without having to worry about where both people are going to sit during the process.
This sauna is one of the very rare infrared saunas marketed for two people that actually has enough room for both. You won’t get cramped, which means that you definitely won’t have to worry about not being able to spend time in this infrared sauna. That’s great because the sauna heats up quickly and does a fantastic job of retaining that heat over time. The sauna uses high-end infrared heating panels to ensure the best possible experience, really pushing a degree of utility that you don’t always find in infrared saunas.
Are there issues with this sauna? Not really. The sound system could be a bit better and it could look a little better, but those are minor issues that really don’t deserve discussion when it comes to this sauna. Taken as a whole, this is definitely a contender for the number one infrared sauna.
How To Choose Your Infrared Sauna
Infrared saunas are becoming more popular, as with all saunas, but they still are not common to the average household. How do you know what to look for if you’ve never even known someone who’s owned one? Do you even know what they are, exactly?
That’s why we put together this guide – to help you determine exactly what’s important and ultimately help you find a sauna that works best for your needs.
If you’re looking for an infrared sauna, here are six factors that stand out as the most important:
1. Size
Infrared saunas are almost always listed by the number of people they can fit, usually without specifying how much space each person is allocated. It’s best to think of the size listing similarly to the capacity limit on a tent – going with a slightly higher capacity than needed is usually a good bet if you want to invite friends over for a session.
Take a moment to look at how the sauna is built before you trust the numbers on the box. If you have a corner sauna, for example, you’ll almost certainly only be able to fit two people comfortably. If the infrared saunas have benches facing one another, you’ll likewise only comfortably be able to fit two even if the box claims that you can fit four. If you’re looking for larger group models, you’ll want a sauna that has a long, straight bench – it’s usually easier to fit more people and to maintain some sense of comfort, even if you have to sit a little closer than normal.
Note that size also matters in terms of square footage. If you have a limited amount of space for your sauna, you’ll want to take the square footage and add a foot or so to account for the electrical systems behind the device. Corner infrared saunas are usually pretty good at maximizing square footage, though they only work if you have an open corner. The smaller the space you have, the more likely it is you’re going to need to look at single-person infrared saunas. All you’d be sacrificing is the group experience, as these infrared saunas are just as comfortable as their larger counterparts.
2. Heating Elements
Heat output is one of the most important considerations when looking for an infrared sauna. For the most part, the products you come across are going to use large, square heating elements that run on electricity. You can still find an infrared unit that uses something more akin to piping, but the square elements in an infrared unit tend to be a bit more effective.
The number of heating elements is the easiest thing to evaluate at a glance. More heating elements generally means quicker heating, though keep in mind that some efficient saunas can do more with less. You’ll want to look at where each element is placed to get an idea of how well the interior will be heated. The highest quality infrared saunas tend to have heating elements distributed throughout, even at the bottom so that your feet can stay warm. You might save money by going for a sauna that has fewer heating elements, but the experience won’t be quite the same.
Efficiency is a little tougher to determine. You’re largely looking at how much your sauna use will impact your electricity bill. Unfortunately a good sauna can have quite an impact, especially if you use it regularly. More modern models can utilize technology that warms up more quickly and retains heat better, which will absolutely lower your bills. You’ll likely pay more upfront for an energy-efficient sauna, but you’ll save money over time. Always go for energy efficiency if you can.
3. Portability
Portability is an odd feature for a sauna, but it’s nonetheless important for some people. The bulk of users just want a sauna for home, but some people do want to take theirs on the road. There are varying degrees of portability when talking about a sauna, ranging from a truly stationary sauna to one that can be packed in the trunk. Note that the average high-end sauna is going to be entirely stationary, largely because the construction of the sauna is just too solid to move around. From time to time, though, you’ll find a solid infrared sauna that can still be moved.
A semi-portable sauna is best thought of as a sauna that can be quickly taken down rather than a sauna that you’re going to haul around regularly. Large and full-featured, this type of sauna can buckle together so the infrared sauna can be stowed away when not necessary. There are plenty of pieces, though, and each is heavy enough that you probably don’t want to move it too often. Nevertheless, this type of sauna can technically be moved from place to place and might be useful if you’re only looking to move it on special occasions. Move these with care, though, as too much motion can cause problems and lead to frantic warranty calls.
There are truly portable models out there, but these designs aren’t exactly what you think of when you imagine an infrared sauna experience. Portable infrared saunas are basically canvas pods lined with heating elements and reflective materials that you can place over a chair and start building up a sweat. This design can be incredibly useful, but it is a very utilitarian product. You won’t get any of the bells and whistles, but you will get heat. As such, this can be among the greatest of the infrared units if you just need to build up a sweat each night while you are traveling.
4. Construction
Look at reviews carefully. If people notice that the sauna tends to fall apart or if there are parts that look loose, then there’s a good chance that the construction isn’t up to par. This is when you’ll want to look at interactions with customer service – if the broken parts are replaced quickly or repairs are done under warranty, you shouldn’t have too many worries. If the user has to pay out of pocket or the warranty is incredibly brief, you might not be looking at an infrared sauna that can actually hold up to repeated use.
Construction does also include the electrical elements. Some infrared saunas can be plugged into a traditional outlet, which means that the cost on the sauna box is all you will need to pay. Some, however, do require more power and that means you’ll need to consult an electrician to figure out what to do next. If you have to have an electrician come in, be warned that the changes you’ll need to make can add up to hundreds of extra dollars. Always know what kind of electrical power you’ll need in terms of voltage before you decide on a new sauna.
5. Aesthetics
Aesthetics are certainly the most subjective part of buying an infrared sauna, but it’d be disingenuous to suggest that they don’t matter. Depending on where you put the unit in your home, you’ll want a sauna that looks great.
Aesthetically, you probably want a sauna that has a pleasant wood construction. This is entirely subjective, but these infrared saunas tend to look a bit more timeless and comforting. Picking the right wood is really a matter of personal preference and it’s a topic that bleeds into construction a bit, but there are enough options out there that you can find a stylish design without having to sacrifice build quality. If you are able to balance quality and style, you’ll end up with a sauna that satisfies all of your needs.
6. Extras
The bulk of the infrared saunas out there today have a sound system included, which is great if you’re going to be using the sauna frequently. Take a moment to find out what kind of inputs are available – you’d be surprised at how primitive many still are. When you’re looking at medium-to-high-end infrared saunas, you should expect at least an auxiliary port for your mp3 player and possibly a radio as well. Some infrared saunas do include Bluetooth, but these are not particularly common. Don’t be fooled by infrared saunas that claim to have premium speakers, though – they’re only premium compared to other sauna speakers, not compared to speakers that you might have in your home.
The other big extra is the control panel. While a vital part of the sauna, some companies try to play up the inclusion of a touch control panel as a major selling point. In truth, most infrared saunas have touch control. Look to see if the control panel is inside or outside the sauna. Some do have controls in both places, which makes for a much better overall experience. If the sauna is still using knobs and dials though, you’re probably looking at a sauna that is outdated in terms of both control and comfort.
Conclusions
Finding the best infrared sauna is really a matter of knowing what you want and ultimately what you need from an infrared sauna. Take some time to look at all of the available features and then prioritize them so that you get exactly what fits your needs. Don’t look for bells and whistles first – look at the basics, and then go from there. Once you can find a sauna that provides you with heat and space, you’ll be able to find a sauna that is that really makes your life easier.
We absolutely recommend taking a look first at the JNH Lifestyles ENSI collection infrared saunas first when you’re shopping. If they don’t fit your needs, the Vienna from Dynamic Saunas is also a fantastic choice. No matter what you choose from the list, though, you’ll have a great experience. Once you have a sauna at home, you’ll never go back to life without a sauna.
